By submitting payment, inquiring, applying, and or partaking in the adoption // training services offered by Quinn’s K-9 Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Communication:

Opt-In Consent: By providing your mobile number and opting in through any of our forms, you consent to receive SMS or MMS messages from Quinn's K-9 Services LLC. Messages may include appointment reminders, promotional offers, updates, or other marketing material. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out Instruction: You can opt out of receiving SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from us. You may also reply HELP for assistance or contact us directly at info@quinnsk-9services.com or +1 352-755-5095. Message & Data Rates May Apply. Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions and preferences.
Assumption of Risk: Dog training may involve inherent risks to participants, including owners, family members, and dogs. By participating, you voluntarily assume all such risks.
Liability Waiver: You agree not to hold Quinn’s K-9 Services, its owners, employees, or instructors liable for any injury or damage to yourself, family members, guests, or your dog(s) during participation in training activities.
Compliance with Instructions: You agree to follow all instructions, rules, and decisions made by the training instructor to ensure the safety and success of you and your dog throughout the training process.
Responsibility for Damages: You accept full responsibility for any damage or injury caused by you or your dog to persons, property, or other animals during or as a result of training sessions.
Cancellation & Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations initiated by the client.
Health and Vaccination Requirements: All dogs participating in training must be in good health, free of infectious diseases, and current on vaccinations, including Bordetella, distemper, parvovirus, and rabies.
Flea and Parasite Prevention: All dogs must be on a current monthly flea prevention regimen for the duration of the training program.
Training Outcome Disclaimer: While Quinn’s K-9 Services provides professional training, results are not guaranteed. Success depends on many factors including the dog’s behavior, consistency, and client follow-through.
Media Release: You grant permission for Quinn’s K-9 Services to use photographs and/or videos of your dog taken during training for promotional and educational purposes in any media format.
Release of Liability: You agree, for yourself and your heirs or representatives, to release and hold harmless Quinn’s K-9 Services and its employees from any and all claims, actions, or damages arising from your participation in training.
Fraudulent Claims and Legal Responsibility: In the event of any fraudulent claim regarding payments made to Lilyanna Quinn and/or Quinn’s K-9 Services, you agree to be fully responsible for all legal fees, attorney fees, court costs, and associated expenses incurred in defense. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lilyanna Quinn and Quinn’s K-9 Services from any such claims and related costs, including those arising from litigation, arbitration, or settlement.
Harassment, Defamation, and Conduct Policy: Quinn's K-9 Services is committed to maintaining a safe, professional, and respectful environment for clients, staff, trainers, and affiliates. Harassment, threats, intimidation, abusive language, discrimination, stalking, or any other inappropriate conduct directed toward Quinn's K-9 Services, its owners, employees, contractors, clients, or affiliated partners will not be tolerated.
This policy applies to all forms of communication, including but not limited to in-person interactions, telephone calls, text messages, emails, social media platforms, online reviews, public forums, and private messaging. Clients who engage in harassment, defamatory statements, knowingly false allegations, threats, or attempts to damage the reputation or operations of Quinn's K-9 Services may have services immediately terminated without refund and may be refused future services.
Quinn's K-9 Services reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for harassment, defamation, interference with business relationships, fraudulent claims, or other unlawful conduct. Clients may be held responsible for any damages, legal fees, attorney's fees, court costs, investigative expenses, and other costs incurred as a result of such actions to the fullest extent permitted by law.
