Refund Policy
By submitting payment of any kind to Quinn's K-9 Services, you are agreeing to the following transactional terms, and further terms & conditions without exception.
All payments made to Quinn's K9 Services, including but not limited to training fees, application fees, evaluation fees, deposits, and other service-related charges, are non-refundable.
Clients are responsible for reviewing all program, training, and adoption information prior to submitting payment. Once payment has been received, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for unused services, missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, changes in circumstances, voluntary withdrawal, or inability to complete a program, finalize an adoption, etc.
Adoption Fees
Adoption-related fees, including application fees and adoption deposits, are non-refundable. No refund will be provided if an applicant is not approved, if a suitable adoption match cannot be identified, if the dog applied for is adopted by another party, becomes unavailable, is withdrawn from the adoption program, or if the applicant chooses not to proceed with an available match.
In limited circumstances, adoption fees that have been paid for a completed adoption may be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Quinn's K9 Services. Any request must be submitted in writing and will be evaluated based on the specific facts and circumstances. Approval of a refund is not guaranteed.
By submitting payment to Quinn's K9 Services, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, & Terms & Conditions.
